An insurer may refuse or limit a claim if you are not legally licensed for the vehicle, so check your policy before riding.

Contact the shop first, on the number in your booking. They own the bike and hold the insurance policy, so they can get you moving fastest, and they know the nearest hospital. What their cover includes, and the excess you would pay, is written into the agreement you accept before booking. If you cannot reach them, or a shop treats you unfairly, email us and we step in.

It depends on the shop. Some deliver free anywhere in Chiang Mai town, to your hotel, guesthouse or the airport. Some charge a fee, and some are pick-up at the shop only. What applies to your bike, and any fee, is shown before you confirm. Handover takes about ten minutes: controls, fuel, helmet fit and paperwork.

Yes, free of charge, at any time before pickup. Nothing is charged when you book, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel in one click from your account and the shop is notified straight away. We just ask that you cancel as early as you can, because the shop is holding that bike off its fleet for you.

Yes. No shop on RideLanna keeps your passport as collateral, and that is a condition of being listed here. A shop may ask for a photocopy for its records, or for a refundable cash deposit instead. Whichever it is, you see the amount before you book. Your physical passport stays in your pocket.
